Our friendly, personalized services and fast turnaround times are the results of our extensive experience in machining a wide range of materials from plastic and aluminum to stainless steel and exotic metals. Our inspection department is fully equipped and calibrated to ISO standards.
Quality is our top priority – all parts are first article inspected and monitored throughout the complete manufacturing process to ensure top quality. Our inspection equipment includes the following:

• 1 Rockwell Hardness Tester
• A large inventory of bore gages, height gages, along with all other typical inspection and test equipment

North State Machine Inc. is committed to the highest quality. All inspections are performed in our inspection room by our quality control manager. We have all the necessary equipment to assure quality parts.
Inspection records are available for review. We also have a mature quality control system that maintains ISO standards. Our manufacturing control and capacity planning are a fully computerized part of the quality system.
